Add Funds – Top Up Your Wallet Balance
  1. Open the MetaMask Mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap the "Buy" button on the main wallet screen.
  3. Confirm your selection by tapping "Buy" again.
  4. Search for the crypto asset you want to purchase — type the token name or contract address.
    Example: search for MUSD or MetaMask USD.
  5. Enter the amount you want to buy.
    Example: $100 worth of MUSD.
  6. Choose a payment method available in your region: debit card, credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance.
  7. Tap "Continue", then select the best quote from the available providers.
  8. Complete the transaction on the provider's portal and connect your payment method.
  9. Review the order summary in the app, then confirm the transaction to complete the purchase.
Tip: Make sure your MUSD balance is sufficient before checkout to ensure a smooth transaction and avoid failures due to insufficient funds.

How to Pay – Making Your Payment

If you are shopping via a computer / desktop browser:

    Add products to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Select "MetaMask / Crypto (MUSD)" as the payment method.

    A QR Code and destination wallet address will be displayed. If MetaMask is installed in your browser, click "Connect Wallet" — the transaction will automatically appear in your MetaMask extension.

    If you want to use MetaMask Mobile to scan: open the MetaMask app on your phone → tap the icon in the top-right corner → select "Scan".

    Point your phone camera at the QR Code on your computer screen. MetaMask will automatically fill in the destination address and the MUSD amount to be paid.

    Double-check the transaction details: destination address, MUSD amount, and make sure the selected network is Ethereum.

    Tap "Confirm" to send the payment. Wait for blockchain network confirmation (usually 1–3 minutes).

    Once confirmed, the checkout page will automatically update and your order will be processed. A confirmation will also be sent to your email.
Desktop Tip: Using the MetaMask App is the fastest method

If you are shopping via a mobile phone (Android / iPhone):

    Open our store in your phone's browser, select a product, and proceed to the Checkout page.

    Select "MetaMask / Crypto (MUSD)" as the payment method. Our wallet address will be displayed — tap the Copy icon to copy it.

    Open the MetaMask app and tap the "Send" button on the main wallet screen.

    Select MUSD / MetaMask USD as the token to send.

    Make sure the selected network is Ethereum. Selecting the wrong network may result in lost funds.

    In the "To / Address" field, paste the wallet address you copied.

    Enter the MUSD amount matching the total shown on the checkout page. Make sure the amount is correct.

    Review the transaction details — destination address, token amount, and estimated gas fee. Tap "Next" then "Confirm" to send the payment.

    Return to the browser and wait a few minutes for the network to confirm the transaction. Your order will be processed automatically once payment is verified.
Important: Always make sure you are sending MUSD on the Ethereum network. If in doubt, contact us before confirming.
